1 Year Old tomorrow...

Wow, I have been slacking off on the blog for a few months! Time just slips away too fast any more.

Well, our beautiful baby girl turns 1 year old tomorrow. I write this with teas of joy and few tears of sorrow that the year has gone so quickly and she isn't tiny any more. But of course mostly joy for our sweet baby!

What an amazing kid Miss Ava Joy is and such a blessing to our sweet little family. <oh boy here come the tears!!> She has accomplished so much this last year and has made us so proud of her. She is walking like a champ now, and pretty much runs every where. She is talking (and signing) a lot, she is still learning to form words but will sign a lot for communication! She is the happiest most joyful baby would could have ever asked for. She loves her Bella dog, her bikes, her balls, her dolls, playing outside, and anything to do with Mommy and Daddy.

It's hard to imagine that starting at 2am tomorrow morning marks 1 year from the moment we knew we would meet our little girl. We had a short labor of only 17.5 hours and had a beautiful natural delivery at The Baby Place surrounded by love and prayer as she entered the world screaming! Such a tiny little bird at only 6lbs 5oz and 19.5in long... she is now 20lbs 13oz and 29in long!!

 It warms my heart beyond words that she was happier feeding it to Mommy than eating it on her own :)

 She does NOT like to pose for pics, but was beyond happy to walk through the grass and play! I love that Austin, was able to capture such beautiful smiles from her in this section oh photos :)
